Pisco Peru began operations in 2005 on a mission to bring quality pisco to the Australian bar scene and to the more sophisticated drink connoisseur. This venture is operated by Luis Almenara and sons Carlos and Andy, looking after the Australian operations and family member Augusto del Solar based in Peru, looking after production and packaging, we can claim to definitely know our stuff when it comes to pisco - The Sprit of Peru.

Pisco Peru currently imports and distributes the award-winning PAYET Pisco, which is quickly becoming the preferred brand of choice in some of the hottest bars and restaurants around.
